We have lived in our home for more than a year now and are absolutely delighted with every aspect of it. It has truly turned out to be everything that we hoped it would be.
We would especially like to thank the foreman whom you assigned to us, for the knowledgeable, professional, responsive and pleasant manner in which he managed every step of construction, from site clearing through the completion of all construction and the correction of all discrepancies. We are especially pleased with the quality layout and finish work on our kitchen and master bathroom both of which reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship.

We are very pleased with the finished product which is a direct result of the meticulous nature of your crew. They clearly communicated deadlines and worked with members of my team here when some aspects of the construction impacted our daily operation. I hope that you would share this letter as sometimes spoken words do not always effectively communicate sincerity.

Dear Jim,
We would like to take the opportunity to let you know that it has been a pleasure doing business with DellaGatta Contracting. We are thrilled with our new family room, mud room and large kitchen. These changes have given our house a new spacious feeling that we love. This is the direct result of you taking the time to sit and talk with us, getting a feel for what would really improve the quality of our living space and would be the best use of our money. Your idea for the family room off of the kitchen was perfect.
As this was our first experience with a construction project, we were not quite sure what to expect from the process and to what degree it would interrupt our daily lives. Starting with the excavator, and including the framer, the sheet rockers, the plumber, the electricians, and the finish carpenter: these men were all courteous and diligent workers. They were very respectful of the fact that they were in our home, and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible.
We also would like to recognize what a pleasure it has been working with M. Never did we feel that he was not right on top of everything that was going on with our project. Any concern or question we may have had along the way was either addressed or answered in a timely manner. Never did he make us feel we were bothering him when we had to call him on his cell phone, with what may have been a trivial matter, but important to us. He really helped us get through this process and we really appreciate it! When it's time for the new master suite, or whatever may come next, we'll certainly request M for the job!
Please feel free to come by any time and see how our house has been transformed! It really looks beautiful. People coming in can't believe it's the same house!
